A first degree is no guarantee for employment with an ever increasing number of graduates jobless. It is still essential for career entry and is regarded as the minimum qualification globally.
For many years students have over worked their brains and nearly gone “blind” only because of passing numerous exams given to them every so often. They spend most part of their lives moving from one side of the library to the other in between lunch and bathroom break in the name of wanting to excel, get a good job and have a good life.
Most of us can attest that to the advice to being advised by our parents that ‘education is the key” mantra is what has shaped the lives of many students. In fact, people believe that education is the only thing that stands between a great life and an ordinary life.
Nowadays, with the influx of graduates hitting the job market and filling the streets is not what it used to be. Education appears to be greatly overrated but when people go to school, and ignore the talents and abilities they lose a lot in life and also end up having jobs to just earn a basic salary.
With reference to the world’s richest and arguably self made men and women, like Bill Gates, Oprah who fashioned their billions away from the classrooms, are now considered two of the most influential people in the 21st centaury.
All that they are right now was by them taking the time and realizing their potential and by taking the time to nurture and improve their talents and they ended up loving what they were doing since it was their talent.
The main predicament people find themselves in is the fact that they don’t enjoy what they do. According to Yogeshwa, a job is a particular task that people do to earn money. If you say that someone is doing a good job, you mean that they are doing it well. If you say that you have a job doing something, you are emphasizing how difficult it is.
People who work have a job, usually one that they are paid to do. When you work, you do the things that you are required to do in your job. When you work, you spend time and effort doing a task that needs to be done.

(But if you ask me I think it depends with how you do it and if you are enjoying it or not cuz how I define job is Just Over Broke: a job is something you do so that you are never broke, but hey no one is asking)
